Little update because I’m sitting on the train… & books

As you can probably guess from the title of this blog post… I’m sitting on the train and while I was initially going to study right now – what I, to be honest, should be doing – I decided to write a little post on my blog. ๐Ÿ˜‹

I was really happy to receive likes and nice comments for my first few blog posts and even if I started this blog mainly because I simply wanted to (bluntly put lol) it is really nice to find out that there are people who enjoy being “on the other side of this thing” – not only writing but also reading this blog might make someone a little happy – exaggerating a little here but I’m feeling pretty euphoric right now ๐Ÿ˜…ย even if it’s raining — which means finally going outside and taking some photos for my first-ever outfit post which I had planned to go online this weekend is not that easy (unless an umbrella would be part of the outfit… ๐Ÿค”).

Since I am sitting on a train I guess I can mention in this post also my love for books – I mean: bringing a book to read while you’re traveling from A to B seems like a no-brainer to me lol. (Also adding: my love for listening to music: just as perfect for train rides unless you turn the volume up to a certain level and bug everyone around you – maybe don’t do that! ๐Ÿ™ˆ)

The latest book I have finished is ‘Norwegian Wood’ by Haruki Murakami and it was really touching and made me think about a looot of stuff. Two of the books I am reading right now (I always read more than one book at the same time) are ‘High Rise’ by J.G. Ballard and ‘Aquarium’ by David Vann.

Have you read any of those three books? What are you currently reading? I would love to find out about it if you leave me a comment below! ๐Ÿ™‚

Shoes to walk through summer

image

A few days ago I went a little crazy on Zalando (I always find so many pretty things on there plus there aren’t any delivery fees which is great!) and ordered a feeeew pairs of shoes (ooops).

Yesterday when the package arrived and I was excited to open it and try those shoes on, I thought, why not do a “first impressions” blog post for you guys while I’m at it?

So here it is: a shoe haul. (Well, kind of since I am not sure which ones I will actually keep in the end.)
